FREE SUMMER COMPUTER & SPOKEN ENGLISH COURSE
For Rural Youth
Free summer computer course for village youth was inaugrated on 22.04.2012 at Sevalaya Charitable Trust functioning at Kasuva near Thiruninravur.
Mr. H. R. Mohan (Associate Vice President, The Hindu, Chairman, IEEE Computer Society & Professional Communication Society) the Chief guest, inaugurated the free Computer Course and Spoken English Summer Courses and delivered the inaugural address. He said that Sevalaya has been rendering several services to the rural people and that, free computer course and Spoken English course is one such service. He also added that a basic knowledge of computer and Spoken English is essential for all youngsters to get a decent job in this competitive world. He also encouraged the students to make use of the course and benefited from it.
Every year Sevalaya conducts free computer course and spoken english course for the village youth. More than 100 youngsters from 15 surrounding villages participated in this function.
Earlier Mr. G. Ramesh, Trustee of Sevalaya welcomed the gathering. Mr.Ilayaraja Trustee, delivered the vote of thanks. The function came to a close with the singing of National Anthem.

கிராமப்புற மாணவர்களுக்கான கோடைகால இலவச கணினிப் பயிற்சி மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் பேசும் பயிற்சி துவக்க விழா
திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டம் திருநின்றவூர் அருகே உள்ள கசுவா கிராமத்தில் செயல்படும் சேவாலயா சேவை மையத்தில் இன்று (22.04.2012) கிராமப்புற மாணவர்களுக்கான இலவச கணினிப் பயிற்சி மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் பேசும் பயிற்சி விழா துவங்கப்பட்டது. விழாவில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக திரு.H.R.மோகன் (Associate Vice President (Systems), THE HINDU, Chairman, IEEE Computer Society & Professional Communication Society அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டார்.
பயிற்சியைத் துவக்கி வைத்து அவர் பேசுகையில் சேவாலயா சேவை மையமானது ஆண்டுதோறும் கிராமப்புற இளைஞர்கள் பயன்படும் வகையில் கோடைக்கால இலவச கணினிப் பயிற்சி மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் பேசும் பயிற்சிகளை நடத்தி வருவதை அறிந்து மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறேன். இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் கணிணி மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் என்பது மனித வாழ்வில் ஒன்றிப் போன ஒன்றாகும். கணினி அறிவும் ஆங்கில அறிவும் இருந்தால் எளிதாக பல்வேறு நிறுவனங்களில் வேலைவாய்ப்பை பெறலாம். படிக்கின்ற வயதிலேயே இத்தகைய பயிற்சிகளை மேற்கொள்வது மாணவர்களுக்கு மிகவும் பயனுள்ளதாகும். இலவசமாக நடத்தப்படும் இத்தகைய பயிற்சிகளை மாணவர்களாகிய நீங்கள் நல்ல முறையில் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று கூறினார்.
இப்பயிற்சியில் சேவாலயாவைச் சுற்றி உள்ள சுமார் 15 கிராமங்களைச் சார்ந்த 100க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவ மாணவிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
முன்னதாக சேவாலயா அறங்காவலர் திரு.G.ரமேஷ் அவர்கள் விருந்தினர்களை வரவேற்க திரு.G. இளையராஜா அவர்கள் நன்றி நவில விழா இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது.
