நடிகர் விஜய் தனது கட்சியை ஆரம்பித்து ஒரு வருடத்துக்கு மேல் ஆகப் போகிறது. இந்த நிலையில் அவர் இதுவரை சுமார் இரண்டு அல்லது மூன்று இடங்களில் மட்டுமே கூட்டம் என்ற ரீதியில் தன்னை ஈடுபடுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.

எந்தக் கட்சியின் தலைவராக இருந்தாலும் சரி, அவர்களின் வெற்றிக்கு பின்னால் ஒரு பெரும் உழைப்பு இருந்து இருக்கிறது . குறைந்தபட்சம் அவர் மாதாமாதம் பல கூட்டங்களில் பல இடங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும் . இது மக்களிடம் தனக்கு இருக்கும் செல்வாக்கை அழகாகக் கவரும் புத்தி. எம்ஜிஆரும் கலைஞரும் ஜெயலலிதாவும் இதைத்தான் செய்தார்கள்.

இன்றைய சூழலில் அவர் இப்போது போலவே தேர்தல் நேரங்களிலும் நடந்துகொண்டால் கிட்டத்தட்ட அவர் சீமான் அளவு தான் வளர முடியும் அல்லது தமிழக பாஜக போல் பெரிய வளர்ச்சி கிட்டாமல் ஒரு தேக்க நிலைக்குச் செல்லும் அபாயம் தான் மிஞ்சும்.

விஜய்க்கு விஜயகாந்த் போல ஒரு நல்ல பிரபல பிம்பம் இருக்கிறது. அதைத் திறம்படக் கையாண்டால் குறைந்தபட்சம் அடுத்த ஆட்சியில் அவரது பங்களிப்பு இல்லாமல் எந்தக் கட்சியும் அரசு அமைக்க முடியாது என்ற நிலை உருவாக வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது.

ஒரு தலைவர் எல்லாவற்றையும் முழுமையாக உட்கொள்ள முடியாது. ஆனாலும் தினசரி நிகழ்வுகளை, கட்சியின் போக்கை அறிந்துகொள்ள ஒரு சில உண்மையான காரியதரிசிகளை அவர் வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். அவர்களும் கள நிலவரத்தை அவரிடம் தெரிவிக்க வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது.

இந்தத் தேர்தலை அவர் கோட்டை விட்டால் இன்னும் ஐந்து வருடத்திற்கு அவரால் அரசியலில் தாக்குப் பிடிக்க முடியுமா எனத் தெரியவில்லை ஆனாலும் இது இல்லாவிட்டால் திரைப்படம் இருக்கிறது என்ற ரீதியில் அவர் கட்சி நடத்தினால் நமக்கு மீண்டும் தளபதி விஜய் தான் கிடைப்பார். இதைத் தாண்டி இன்று அவர் கூட்டணி வியூகம் வைக்கப் போகும் உத்தியை எல்லா கட்சித் தலைவர்களும் உற்று நோக்குகிறார்கள்.

நாளை திருமா அங்கு சேரலாம் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி மேலும் அவமானப்பட்டால் விஜய் அதை வரவேற்கக் காத்திருப்பார்.

சில உதிரி கட்சிகளும் சுலபமாக அவர் வலையில் விழக்கூடும். அலுவலகத்திற்கு நல்ல நிர்வாகி போல் அவருக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் ஐந்து பிரபல நிர்வாகிகள் அமைந்து அவர்களிடம் அவர் கருத்து கேட்க வேண்டும்.

பின்பு அதன்படி நடக்க வேண்டும். ஆதவ் அர்ஜுனாவிடம் பணம் இருக்கிறது. பிரசாந்த் கிஷோர் பலமான யோசனைகளைத் தரலாம்.

இவை எல்லாம் ஒரு கட்டத்திற்கு மேல் பெரிதாக உதவாது. அவர் செய்ய வேண்டியது எல்லாம் தன்னை மக்களோடு மக்களாகக் கலந்து கொள்ளும் வழிகளை ஆராய வேண்டும். சுமார் இன்னும் ஒன்னேகால் வருடம் நேரம் இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் இதையெல்லாம் மிக மிகத் தீவிரமாக அணுக அவருக்கு நேரம் இருக்கிறதா என்று தெரியவில்லை.

இன்று தி மு க, விஜயைக் கண்டு அஞ்சுகிறது என்றால் ஒரு பெரிய பலம் அவருக்கு உண்டு என்பதை அந்தக் கட்சி நன்றாக உணர்ந்து இருக்கிறது . வேதநாயகம் என்றால் பயம் என்பது போய் விஜய் என்றால் பயம் என்று வரவேண்டும். அவரின் இந்த முயற்சிக்கு அவர் தான் ஆக்க்ஷன் என்று சொல்ல வேண்டும் .

பிம்பங்கள் இயல்பிலே உருவாவது மிக அபூர்வம். எனக்கு தெரிந்து அது மகாத்மாவுக்கும், கர்ம வீரருக்கும் நிகழ்ந்தது. பிம்பங்களை உருவாக்குவதில் பெரிதும் முயன்று அதில் பெரும் வெற்றி கண்டவர் எனக்கு தெரிந்து இந்தியாவில் ஒருவர் தான். அது எம் ஜி ராமச்சந்தர் தான். முதன் முதலில் நடிக்க வந்த போது அவருக்கு பொருளாதாரம் மட்டுமே பிரச்சனை. புகழ் அடைய வேண்டும், பெயர் எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணம் எல்லாம் சிறிது கூட இல்லை. ஆனால் வாழ்க்கைப் போராட்டம் அவரை வெறி கொள்ளச் செய்தது. ஒரு உத்வேகம் வந்தது, அவர் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்ட போது தான். இந்த ஒதுக்குதல் கிட்டத்தட்ட பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேலாகத் தொடர்ந்தது. கிடைத்த துணைப் பாத்திரங்களில் பெரிதாகச் சோபிக்க முடியவில்லை.

ஒரே ஒரு காட்சியில் நடித்தால் என்ன பெயர் சம்பாதிக்க முடியும்? அவருக்கு முக்கியமாகப் பின்னாளில் கை கொடுத்தது அவரின் கட்டுடலும் அழகிய முகமும் தான் .போராட்டம் தொடர ஒரு கட்டத்தில் மெதுவாகச் சோபிக்க ஆரம்பித்தார். அவர் கண்டியைச் சேர்ந்தவர் தான். ஆயினும் அவருடைய தமிழ் உச்சரிப்பு மிகச் சிறப்பு. கணேசன், ராஜேந்திரன் அளவுக்கு ஈடு செய்யக் கூடியவர். நாடோடி மன்னன் வசனம் ஒன்றே சாட்சி.

அவர் மனோகரியிடம் பேசும் கட்டம் இன்றும் ரசிக்கப்படுகிறது. அவரின் திட்டமிடல் இங்கு தான் தொடங்குகிறது. மனோகரியாக நடித்த ராஜம் சொல்வார்.

” நான் மட்டும் இல்லை அண்ணா, இந்த நாடே உங்களைத் தான் நம்பி இருக்கிறது (வசனம் கண்ணதாசன் மற்றும் ரவீந்தர்). அவருக்குப் புகலிடம், அண்ணாதுரையால் கிடைத்தது. நண்பராய் இருந்த கருணாநிதி அவருக்கு எதிரி ஆனார். காரணம் அவரின் அபரித வளர்ச்சி.

ஒரு பக்கம் கணேசனிடம் திரை உலகப் போட்டி. இன்னொரு பக்கம் அரசியலில் கருணாநிதியிடம் போட்டி. இரண்டையும் ஜெயித்தார். பிம்பம் உருவாகி, பிம்பம் பெரிதானது. அதனைக் காப்பாற்றிக்கொள்ள அவர் மிகவும் பிரயத்தனம் செய்தார். இது அசாதாரணம். எல்லோரும் நினைப்பது போல அவருக்கு அரசியல் ஆசை இல்லாமல் இல்லை. அவர் பெரியாய் இடத்திற்கு வருவதற்குப் போட்ட கணக்கு தான் எழுபத்து இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு வெடித்தது. அது இயல்பில்லை. அதன் பின்னால் பெரிய திட்டம் இருந்தது. எம் ஜி யார் நினைத்தபடி அவர் கட்சியில் இருந்து விலக்கப்பட்டார். அவர் எதிர்பார்த்ததும் அதனைத் தான். அதிமுக தோன்றியது. அந்தப் பெரும்புயலில் திமுக சாய்ந்தது. அந்த அலை, தமிழகத்தைச் சுமார் பதினைந்து ஆண்டுகள் ஆண்டது.

இதற்கு முன் அண்ணா எழுதிய சிவாஜி கண்ட இந்து ராஜ்யம் நாடகத்தில் நடிக்க இருந்தார . அண்ணாதுரையின் தொண்ணூறு பக்க வசனத்தை அவரால் குறுகிய காலத்தில் மனனம் செய்ய முடியவில்லை. பேரறிஞரின் தமிழ் அப்படி. நாடகத்தை விட்டு அவர் விலக, அந்த இடத்தில் அமர்ந்தவர் விழுப்புரம் சின்னையா பிள்ளை கணேசன். பின்னாளில் அவர் தான் நடிகர் திலகம். பட்டம் கொடுத்தவர் பெரியார். எம்ஜியார் நடித்து இருந்தால் அவர் நடிகர் திலகமாக மாறியிருப்பார். காலம் போடும் கோலம் என்பார்களே, அது இது தான் போலும்.

எம்ஜியாரைப் போல பிம்பம் உருவாக்கியவர்கள் வேறு எங்கும் இல்லை. அவரின் வறுமை, போராட்டம், தந்தையற்ற சூழல் எனப் பல காரணிகள் இருந்தாலும் அவரின் வெற்றிக்குக் காரணம், அவருடைய நல்ல குணவான் தன்மை. அவரிடம் குறைகள் இருக்கலாம். அது கடந்து போகக் கூடியவை. ஒரு சின்ன இல்லத்தில் எல்லோரின் அன்புக்குப் பாத்திரமாவதே பெரிய கஷ்டம் எனும் போது கோடிக்கணக்கான மக்கள் அவரைக் கொண்டாடுவது என்பது என்பது என்ன லேசுப்பட்ட காரியமா? எம்ஜியார் அதனை லாகவமாகச் செய்தார்.

அவரின் ஈகைக் குணம், வசீகர முகம், நல்ல விஷயங்களைக் கொண்டாடும் மக்கள் எனத் தமிழ்நாடு இருந்ததனால் தான் அது சாத்தியம் ஆயிற்று. அவர் நிஜத்திலும் மன்னாதி மன்னன் தான். அவர் ஒரு சரித்திரம் என்ற விளிப்பு, எம் ஜி யார் முன்பு ஒரு சாதாரண பிரயோகம். அவரே அவரை ஜெயித்துவிட்டார். நல்ல உள்ளங்களைக் கொண்டாடுவதில் தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு ஈடு இணை இல்லை. அவர் உதாரண புருஷர்.

The other side of Luz is sad soaked and dark

What a transformation is this? Decades back this luz junction was a free place with no traffic and was not dense. Even there were no shops on the pavements and it was even free to walk on the pavement close to Nehru News Mart. This was a Major Bus Route even those days with many routes plied through this Junction on all the four sides. interestingly the idea of One-way traffic did not catch up those days. Later when the commercial market developed in a bigger way this area had become congested in spite of the fact that the roads were too wider on all the sides. Most of the Prominent points vanished in late eighties which Includes Parthaas. Sawaan Restaurant, Shanthi VIhar, an elite club with bar, Ganapathi Medicals, and recently Bombay Halwa House few Years. Who can forget the mail van of Postal department that reaches Luz Amrutanjan at seven thirty sharp in the evening? Who can forget the crowded matinee Shows of Kamadhenu, Hot chai of Select and Chilled Juice of Himalayas?

Now the whole of Luz had changed totally in all aspects and after the roads are shut the area is now totally under the control of CMRL.

Two days ago, when i had been there i had a chat with Field staff of Metro Rail who told that the old Roundata Point and Police cabin area will be the Luz Metro Station. Three years or slightly more the reality will be happened. This station in its full form may be ready in 2028.

But for all these many residents, Commercial establishments in and around this area have lost their Livelihood Luz. How can this sufferings be compensated to all those. The other side of Luz is Dark and sad soaked.

Sports Den – A new venture is now in Mandaveli

Meet Young Sooraj Viswanathan of Mandaveli. He is a lawyer by profession but he had a fire in the belly to make it big and ventured into sports area. He himself is a sports enthusiast and thought of making a new Venture his life time ambition. He did not roam in the market for such a space since he decided his own old house to be the apparel shop. He modified his house with the best of Interiors and today it’s called Sports Den – A new sports outlet in Mandaveli almost first of its kind in this periphery.

This den has all the apparels of all major sports viz Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis and Pickle Ball. Pickle Ball is a new sport to India but a very famous one in United states. This apart he has a wide range of Running Shoes of all sizes and this is almost a sports utility point. From a lovely tennis racket to all kinds of Sports accessories this shop can be counted on. Jammi Building to get demolished soon

Mylapore is all set to lose one major landmark building. The 127 years Jammi building is going for a revamp and all connected works in regard to the development project is on and any time the primitive building on Royappetah high road may get razed. This pharma major mainly became very famous due to effective ayurveda medicines. It was initially Jammi Liver cure when it was founded by Jammi Venkatramanayya decades back.

The name he had created in this periphery for his medicines was astonishing. In 1939 Jammi Venkatramanayya passed away. This Ayurveda practitioner came from Andhra Pradesh to have his trade and soon he developed Branches in various other states. He used to conduct the Medical Camp in various locations. Now after the days of Jammi his sons are looking after the activity. All clearances are made and the Builder is all set to take over for the Project. Its BBCL, a Chennai Based Builder. Meet Ms Chamundeeswari aka Samu. She hails from Madanapalle Andhra Pradesh and settled down in Chennai seeking Greener Pastures. She comes from a Middle-class family and had undergone all kinds of turbulence and troubles in life. A Salute to Mr. Shanmugayya

It was dark. Shanmugayya noticed a lorry accident near the railway track in Tenkasi and sensed something would go wrong if the train passes the track.

He immediately rushed to his wife and both together raised voice against the oncoming train. And to be in safe side he used his torch and showed it to the engine driver making him to realise the danger.

The rail was stopped and a major accident was averted.

Shanmugayya 60 did not bother about his age and took all the efforts to take the terrain and made it to the track to make this feat.

Loco pilot of the rail was too happy to be part of this Incident.

Tamilnadu Government had announced a reward of Rs Five Lakhs to the couple.

What a Great and marvellous Work he had done with his wife? Salutes to this Couple.

Goodbye Captain

Vijaykanth who passed away today (28th Dec 2023) had a bright Future in Politics at some point of time after he contested the elections and secured close to nine Percent of votes. This he did opposing both Jayalalaitha and Karunanidhi. It was a master stroke at that time. With no big social media, he was able to achieve this. Later During elections after aligning with ADMK He was able to get twenty-Nine MLA’s elected. In-fact it was his best support that made Jaya to win in the election at that time. Later he parted ways due to uncontrolled emotions and lost balance in public places.

Remember the slap he gave to one of his Volunteer in full Public View? Had he contested the election aligning with DMK, Kalaignar could have come to power in 2016. But he kept away from DMK.

In other words, it was captain who made Jaya to come to power and also made DMK to Lose in 2016. He was a real strong man who was aiming high and was able to reach better Heights with the mass support and Cinema Glamour. But he failed to use the sentimental cinema glamour beyond a point and there started his fall.

If only had he grown better at the same speed he was travelling he could have become the chief Minister of Tamilnadu in the absence of Jaya and Kalaignar.

But sadly, he missed the Bus. Today he is no more.

I am sure the Glamour of Tinsel world is not dead. It’s a mass Movement that matters and voters don’t see the background of the Messiah as voters mostly are emotional in Tamilnadu.

Captain did his best in the film industry with all his helping tendency and was able to give life to the Nadigar Sangam.

He is a do gooder and a nice Samaritan. If only he had a better guide and adviser probably, he could have done the election Politics better.

But it was Otherwise. A big crowd puller and a mass hero Could not do what he Thought in Tamilnadu. That was Sad. And We could not help.

இருட்டுக்கே கண் இல்லை

இந்த மாதம் முதல் வாரத்தில் நல்ல மழை நாளில் இரவு இயற்கை அழைப்புக்கு தூக்கத்தில் இருந்து விழிப்படைந்தேன். மின்சாரம் இல்லை. மிக கொஞ்சமான குளிர். எனது படுக்கை அறையில் இருந்து கழிவறைக்கு செல்லும் வழி புரிபடவில்லை. தட்டு தடவி நடந்து வந்தால் அது சமையல் அறை. இயற்கையின் அவசரம் ஒரு புறம். எந்த பக்கம் நடக்க வேண்டும் என சில நிமிடங்கள் புரிபடவில்லை. ஏதேனும் பொருள் தட்டுப்படும் என நடந்தால் எனது இருட்டு பாதையில் எந்த பொருளும் கைக்கு அகப்படவில்லை. வெறும் சுவர் மட்டுமே தட்டுபட்டது. நடுவில் எங்கோ இடித்து கொண்டேன். இடிபட்ட இடத்தை உள்வாங்கி அதன் மூலம் கழிவறைக்கு செல்லலாம் என்ற யோசனை உதிக்கவில்லை.

சிறு வெளிச்சம் இருந்து இருப்பின் சமாளித்து இருக்கலாம். இருட்டுக்கே கண் தெரியாத ஒரு பெரும் இருட்டு அது. மனக்கண்ணால் புரிந்து கொள்ளலாம் என்பதெல்லாம் ஒரு மாயை. அதற்கு ஒரு பயிற்சி வேண்டும். பொறுமை வேண்டும். இப்போது கண் இருந்தும் பார்வை அற்றவன் போலானேன். ஏற்கனவே எனக்கு வலது கண்ணில் பார்வை இல்லை . இப்போது இரண்டு கண்களும் பார்வை இழந்து போய் நின்றது போல அமைந்த நேரம் அது. பார்வை அற்றவர்களின் நிலை அப்போது ஆழ்ந்து புரிந்தது. அவர்களின் மிக துயரமான வாழ்க்கை என்ன என பிறகு புரிந்தது. வாழ்க்கையில் புரிதல் என்ற விஷயம் அறிவுப்பூர்வமாக இருப்பதின் அபத்தம் சின்ன வட்டம் தான் என புரிவது எவ்வளவு உண்மை. ஒரு விஷயம் ஆழ்ந்து புரிபடுவதற்கும், தகவலை பதிவாக இருப்பதற்கும் உள்ள ஒரு சிறு இடைவெளியில் வாழ்க்கை ஒளிந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் அந்த இருட்டை நமக்கு வசதியாக தோதாக வைத்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம். நம் சொறிதலில் உள்ள சுகம் தான் நம்மை நகர விடாமல் செய்கிறது . எனக்கு அந்த அனுபவம் இருளில் கிடைத்த ஒளி.

Kudos to the Service

It was Heartening to come across the News that Forty Five Mosques in Tuticorin and Tirunelveli came to the rescue of the people who were affected by the rain and flood in Tuticorin.

They sheltered most of them and provided food all the four days and arranged place for them to sleep comfortably.

Children were provided milk, Biscuits, Bread. All were taken better in all aspects.

Since many mosques had the facility of Power Genset they were able to manage better for their safety.

Literally most of the Mosques in this region had become a Relief camp all these harrowing days. In fact All the Mosques had stopped the Regular Prayers all the four days to ensure communal Harmony.

Kudos to those who were behind this Good Samaritan Act.
